Request removal of an intimate image
If an intimate photo of you has been posted on Ten without your consent, including a digitally altered or AI-created image, email tendatingapp@gmail.com with the subject “Urgent intimate image removal request.” You do not need a Ten account. A parent, guardian, or authorized representative may contact us on someone's behalf. Describe the photo and where you saw it (such as a member name, profile, screenshot, or photo link), provide an email where we can reach you, and include a brief statement that you believe in good faith the image depicts you or someone you represent and was shared without consent. End your email with your typed full name as your electronic signature. If you are writing for someone else, explain your relationship or authorization and sign your own name. You do not need to email us a copy of the intimate image.
We will review requests promptly, provide a reference number, and remove qualifying images and known identical copies from Ten within 48 hours of a valid request. We will tell you what action we took, or why a request could not be completed, at the email address you provide. If you cannot locate the image exactly, share what you know so we can investigate. You can use this address to request removal of another unauthorized photo or to report a safety concern as well.

People can use false names, photos, or stories. Keep financial information private, never send money to a match, and stop communicating if someone pressures or threatens you. When meeting in person, choose a public place, use your own transportation, and tell someone you trust your plans. If you are in immediate danger, contact local emergency services.
Members can also use “Report profile” or “Block profile” from another member's profile. For intimate-image removal, email the address above so we can process the request even if you cannot sign in.
