Terms of Service

Ten is a dating app operated by Josh Baptiste. By creating an account or using Ten, you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Notice. Contact tendatingapp@gmail.com with questions.
Who can use Ten
You must be at least 18, able to enter a binding agreement, and use your own account. Provide accurate information about yourself and keep your profile reasonably current. Do not impersonate anyone or use Ten if your account has been suspended. Ten may ask for a current verification selfie before your profile enters comparisons. A photo likeness review is not identity verification or a criminal background check.
Safety
TEN DOES NOT CONDUCT CRIMINAL BACKGROUND SCREENINGS OF MEMBERS.
People can misrepresent themselves online. Use caution with someone new. Do not send money or disclose financial information to another member. For a first meeting, choose a public place, arrange your own transportation, and tell someone you trust your plans. Review our safety and photo removal information. Ten is not an emergency service; call local emergency services if you are in immediate danger.
Profiles, photos, and conduct
You are responsible for what you submit. Use photos of yourself that you have permission to share; do not upload another person's private information or images. Do not post nonconsensual intimate images, including digitally altered or AI-created images, or content involving sexual exploitation of minors. Do not harass, threaten, discriminate unlawfully, solicit money, spam, evade blocks, manipulate votes, use bots, scrape profiles, or try to access another person's account or private data. Report safety concerns from a member's profile or at tendatingapp@gmail.com. Anyone, including someone without an account, can request photo removal on our safety page.
How Ten works
Members compare profiles and cast anonymous attraction votes. Attraction scores are estimates that can change and are not measures of personal worth, safety, or relationship suitability. Real members' scores become visible after five independent votes; fictional test profiles may have simulated starter scores. Reliability checks may reduce the weight of suspicious voting. Your profile, including photos and details you choose to reveal, can appear in comparisons, full profile views, matches, and the leaderboard as explained in the Privacy Notice. Some profiles in the comparison pool are fictional test profiles; they cannot match or arrange calls. A real match requires mutual interest, and Ten does not guarantee a response, call, date, or relationship.
Meeting and communication
Proposing or confirming a call signals your intention to meet this match in person, as the app explains. Both people must still agree to a date, and either person can cancel or end contact at any time, especially for safety. A member's phone number is disclosed to a match only after that member confirms a call time, as explained in the Privacy Notice. Ten cannot control what another person says, does, or saves outside the app. Use your judgment and follow the safety guidance above.
Your content and our service
You keep ownership of your content. While it is on Ten, you give Ten permission to store, process, resize, display, and share it within the app as needed to operate the features you use. You confirm that you have the rights to grant this permission. This permission ends when the content is removed from our live app, subject to copies another person saved and the retention explained in our Privacy Notice. Ten may review reports, remove content, limit visibility, suspend or close accounts, and preserve information where needed to address safety, abuse, legal duties, or violations of these Terms. Features may change or become unavailable.
Accounts and changes
You can delete your account in Settings. We may update these Terms and display a new effective date; if changes materially affect members, we will provide additional notice when appropriate. Continued use after updated Terms take effect means you agree to them. If you do not agree, stop using Ten and delete your account.
